With a good sized following, the James Pace Band is making a name and generating a serious buzz for themselves in Philly, Baltimore, NYC, Jersey (Shore), etc. They're true guitar driven power rock, subtly blues and R&B influenced, paying homage to the above, and to guitar heroes, past and present. Nuances of early Rock N' Roll, woven in with soul and honesty, yet drenched in originality, their sound is truly unique. Currently getting airplay with the latest single "Where I Go," they're dedicated and focused, gigging relentlessly to back up the single, and to stay tight and focused for their audience.
The band has opened for acts such as Collective Soul, Chris Duarte, Jeff Healy, Material Issue, King's X and countless others. A hugely popular local act, they have a large fan base, and a crowd of faithful that attend every show they can, while working to spread the word by radio requests and word of mouth. The band is well known and loved for keeping the personal touch alive with their fans, staying in close contact, and making them a part of the team.
James Pace and Charles Heuser both grew up in the same small town in NJ as Tonic's Emerson Hart, and just down the road from Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi. Having rock stars in their backyard fed their dreams, and gave them a constant source of inspiration. Currently being eyeballed by a major label or two, the band continues to gig relentlessly, always eager to work harder. They're currently in the process of recording their debut full length CD, a fast selling EP having already been released to glowing reviews...
